I am experiencing issues with your webhook integration. Despite multiple attempts, there seems to be no response from your end. Here’s a specific example to illustrate the problem:
• I placed an order, but due to insufficient funds, the order was rejected. However, no callback was received from your webhook to notify me of this event.
To rule out issues on my side, I also tested with an online service like RequestBin, but there was no callback from your webhook to the provided URL.
Please investigate the issue at your earliest convenience and let me know the resolution.
