You don’t have permission to access “http://developer.paytmmoney.com/accounts/v2/gettoken” on this server.

I’m am getting this error. After using new api key and secret the error gone. Why this happeing?

Hi @sanjoy.dasgupta,
Can you please share your user ID for debugging purposes?
Also, Please make sure that you are sending HTTPS and not HTTP.

Error code 403 is sent from our side in the following cases

  • If authorization is not done for the apikey and the request token being used
  • The merchant is not active
  • If you are an individual merchant, you will get this error if the request token and api key do not belong to the same user id
